1. Course Cancellation by the Participant
   -Cancellations made 7 days or more before the course start date will be eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 3-7 days of the course start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  -Cancellations made less than 3 days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.

1. Course Cancellation or Rescheduling by TheAceHelp
   -If TheAceHelp cancels or reschedules the course for any reason, participants will be offered the option to:

• Attend the rescheduled session or a future session of the same course.
• Receive a full refund of the course fee. Refunds for cancellations by the company will be processed within 7-14 working days.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of receiving the request, using the original method of payment.

1. No Refunds for Digital Products or Completed Sessions

• Once you have accessed or downloaded any digital content associated with the course (e.g., videos, course materials), refunds will not be provided.
• No refunds will be issued for any sessions already attended or partially attended.

1. Exceptions
   We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds for cancellations due to exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, with appropriate documentation.
2. Disputes
   Any disputes regarding refunds will be governed by the laws of India, and any legal proceedings will take place in New Delhi, India.
